Download MAME 0.111
Yesterday a new version of MAME was released with version number 0.111 and nickname ‘Too much free disk space’. MAME stands for Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator and this program is able to emulate a large amount of old arcade games and consoles. In addition to the ‘normal’ version, as usual, there is also a version optimized for the Pentium Pro processor, because this CPU is good enough to run the Arcade games and is therefore popular among MAME users. Version 0.111 has support for 6372 ROM sets, 62 more than the previous version, of a whopping 3428 unique games. The changelog for this release shows the following changes:
MAME Testers Bugs Fixed
- perfrman0110u5gre
Source Changes
- Properly removes the “Autocenter Speed” from the UI when not used.
- Fixed decryption of some NeoGeo bootleg sets (specifically, kf2k2mp and kf2k3upl) on platforms/compilers that don’t implement memcpy as memmove.
