Software Update: Macrium Reflect 6.3.1835

Paramount Software has released a new version of Macrium Reflect 6.3. Version 7.0 has been out since the end of February, but the free version is still at 6.3. This program can create a disk image of a partition or hard disk. Macrium Reflect is free for private use, but there are also paid performances. They offer different extrassuch as being able to do a file backup or an incremental backup, encryption, and restoring a backup to different hardware than it was created on. The following issues have been resolved in this release.

• Server Plus – Mailbox Restore
  When attempting to mount incremental Exchange backups, the Mailbox Restore wizard would sometimes be unable to play log files into the Exchange database. This has been resolved.
  When browsing for a folder to export mailbox items to, the OK button would sometimes be disabled even when a valid folder was selected. This has been resolved.
  In some rare cases, the Mailbox Restore wizard would be unable to seek through the Attachments table of the Exchange database. This has been resolved.
• A program error could occur at the end of Image verification. This has been resolved.
• Various bug fixes and changes to improve Macrium Reflect.
