Software update: Linux kernel 2.5.26

Lautie informed us about a new 2.5 kernel for Linux with version number 2.5.26. This is still a beta. Fortunately, this beta is a stable version. In the changelog you can read, among other things, that a lot of redundant code has been removed and that many updates for USB have been processed. Below is the link to the major changelog:
