Software Update: LibreOffice 6.1.2

The Document Foundation has released the second update to version 6.1 of LibreOffice. This open source office package originated as a fork of OpenOffice and comes with the word processor Writer, spreadsheet program Calc, presentation program Impress, drawing program Draw, database program Base and Formula, an application for making scientific notations.

Version 6.1 includes a new theme in the Windows version and improved image handling. Furthermore, the export to epub has been improved and extra text and examples have been added to the on-line help. Version 6.1.2 had only one release candidate, in which seventy improvements were made.
