Download idTunes 1.0.3

Script Software has created a program that can clean up the mp3 music collection. Running on Mac OS X 10.2 or later, the program can find and remove duplicate songs (not just based on filename or size), autofill missing id3 tags, and correct spelling errors. Version 1.0.3 of this program has just been released and its changelog looks like this:

Changes in version 1.0.3:

• fixed minor bugs.
• some songs when being decoded were causing a problem. now fixed
• in the event of a power outage or crash all prior identifications that were not saved to each mp3 are saved to a cache file. this cache file is then used on the next startup when identifying. when recognizing the next time the info comes from the cache and not from over the net so no tokens are used and it occurs much more quickly.
• european accent character fixes.
• more polish.
