The program that enables skins for the ICQ client has undergone the following improvements:

• Composite background images (there is no need to cut background images manually to make a skin)
• Windows 2000/XP transparency support (separately for ICQ main dialog, other dialogs, pop-up menus)
• Online and offline blank icons for contact list
• Default splash screen image (if not skinned)
• New default skins
• Bug fixes and improvements
