Software Update: GPU-Z 1.17.0

Version 1.17.0 of GPU-Z has been released. This program can tell exactly which graphics card is in the PC. For example, it mentions the manufacturer, model, type, revision and speed of the graphics processor, but also the amount, type and speed of the memory. Although the name and appearance are reminiscent of CPU-Z and PCI-Z, similar programs for processors and PCI devices, all of these programs are from different manufacturers. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:

  • Intel GPU codenames now have the CPU name prepended
  • All Intel GPUs newer than Sandy Bridge have UEFI marked as available
  • Fixed AMD Beema ROP and TMU count, process size 28nm
  • Fixed Bay Trail to be 22nm, DX11
  • Added support for Intel Kaby Lake, Apollo Lake
  • Added support for NVIDIA GTX 1050, 1050 Ti Mobile, Quadro 5000, GP104 based GTX 1060, GP104-based Quadro Mobile
