Download FileZilla 2.2.27

The developers behind the open source ftp client FileZilla have just released version 2.2.27 of their program. FileZilla, which no longer runs under Windows 9x or NT since version 2.2.23 due to its full support for Unicode, is a small, but very complete and easy to use ftp client. For example, there is support for FTP, SFTP, SSL and GSS connections. The following four issues have been fixed in this release:

• Compatibility improvements for directory listing parser
• Fix reading of settings from HKLM
• transfer progress for MODE Z downloads was incorrect
• Improper handling of sticky bit in CHMOD dialog
