Software update: Exact Audio Copy 0.9 beta 3

|sWORDs| informed us that a new Beta version of Exact Audio Copy is available to download. In Beta 3 of this audio grabber some bugs have been fixed and the stability compared to its predecessor has been improved.

All bigger remaining issues (like GUI bug, etc.) are hopefully now fixed, there are some smaller additions and improvements (eg assembler FFT, faster spectral display).
