Software Update: Dropbox 1.4.12

Spread the love

Dropbox is an online storage service that makes it possible to synchronize files between different computers. In addition, files and photo albums can be shared with people who don’t have Dropbox accounts. Clients are available for Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, iPhone, iPad, Android, BlackBerry, and Windows Mobile.

A free account gives access to 2GB of storage with the option to expand it by introducing new users. For ten, twenty or fifty dollars a month, that’s 100, 200 or 500GB respectively. Since version 1.4 it is, among other things, possible to place photos from cameras, telephones and memory cards in the cloud and a collective assignment can be made with which various files can be uploaded or downloaded.
