Software update: doPDF 7.2 build 355

Softland has released doPDF version 7.2 build 355. This program installs as a printer driver and makes it possible to easily create PDF documents from any program with a print function. The software is free for private and commercial use, does not require Ghostscript to do its job, and does not add any watermark or advertisement. Only in the screen for choosing the location to which the PDF document should be written, there is an entry to novaPDF. This is a similar program from the same makers, with more extensive options, but it is not free. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:

• Added full version info for startup application (dopdf.exe from the Program Files directory) to improve version detection for update managers

Fix:

• Corrected Type1 font subsetting (Monospac821 BT Type 1 font was not correctly embedded)
