Software update: Defraggler 2.19 build 982

Piriform has released version 2.19 of Defraggler. This defragmenter can be used not only for the whole hard drive, but also for individual files. The goal is the same, which is to reduce the loading time of the operating system and programs. Since version 2.0 it is possible to defragment while starting the computer, so before Windows is loaded. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:
