Daum PotPlayer is a media player for Windows. It is being developed by the same Korean who started KMPlayer, but is now published by Pandora TV. The player has built-in support for a large number of formats and is therefore not dependent on separately installed codecs. Wednesday version 1.5 build 31934 of Daum PotPlayer was released and the following changes and improvements have been made to it:

To easily choose one of built-in hardware decoders (DXVA/Self DXVA/CUDA/QuickSync), click to PotPlayer’s icon on top left and select an available built-in hardware decoder. (If Cuda or QuickSync is not listed in there that means the installer has not detected the related hardware on the system.) By clicking “Default Configuration” activates PotPlayer’s original default settings. Also, to remove history of recent files, you can use “Remove History of Recent Files” shortcut under start menu.
