Software Update: Crap Cleaner 1.14.072

CCleaner has been updated to version 1.14.072. The program cleans up all temporary files, such as the Internet Explorer cache and files in the Windows recycle bin. In addition, the clutter left behind by commonly used programs such as Windows Media Player, eMule, Kazaa, Google Toolbar, Netscape, Office XP, Nero, Adobe Acrobat, and WinRAR is also removed by the program. New in this release is the ability to clear the Opera cache and clipboard, among other things. The full changelog looks like this:
