Software Update: CoreAVC 1.8.0

Corecodec has released a new version of its Coreavc video codec. With this codec it is possible to transfer files in the h.264format to view. Coreavc is efficiently programmed and extremely fast, in some cases even faster than comparable hardware solutions. Corecodec is available in a $8 standard version and a $15 professional version. The latter offers additional support for interlacing and multicore processors. Unfortunately, this release still does not contain the long-awaited and long-announced GPU support.
