Software update: CloneCD 4 beta 21

silentsnow reported that Elaborate Bytes found a number of bugs immediately after CloneCD beta 17, which were corrected in beta 21. It concerns two serious errors, namely:

• When copying “on the fly”, all read settings from the selected profile were ignored.
• Automatic Fast Error Skip (a really, really good thing!) was broken, as it added a read error to the copy.
