Software Update: Central Brain Identifier 7.7.0.5 R4

A new build of Central Brain Identifier version 7.7 has just been released. The full version number is 7.7.0.5 Build 0114 R4 and the download is here to find. The program recognizes more than fifty models of AMD processors and displays detailed information such as core name, revision and voltage, frequency, rating, cache and PowerNow technology. In addition, it is also able to perform some tweaks regarding, for example, the L1 cache and the Clock Control Register. This release fixes an important bug that caused some processor models to detect incorrectly. The release notes have the following to say about it:

The Central Brain Identifier 7.70 has been updated up to build 0114! There is only one significant improvement that fixes an incorrect determination of the model number of the AMD Athlon 64 FX processor family. The previous version of CBId may detect the 57th model like 25th or 60th model like 28th and so on.[break]
