Software update: CDex 1.70

Spread the love

Just under five years after the release of beta 4, the final release of CDex 1.70 has now appeared. This program is capable of ripping the music from an audio CD. It is possible to save the music as wav sound, but converting it to ogg vorbis or mp3 is also possible. The program uses various encoders for conversion, of which the well-known LAME encoder is selected by default. In this release we mainly find bug fixes, but the changelog lists all changes since beta 1:

Changes since CDex 1.70 (beta1)

  • Update to lame_enc.dll version 3.97 beta 2
  • Update to vorbis version with aoTuVb4.51
  • Update links to cdexos.sourceforge.net
