Software Update: Caliber 0.8.62

Also this Friday a new version of Caliber is ready. Caliber is an open source and cross platform e-book management tool. Among other things, it can copy e-books to and from readers and convert them to make them suitable for the various types of e-readers. Furthermore, it can convert newspapers, magazines and news articles based on RSS to e-book format and books can be purchased from well-known web stores. The changelog of release 0.8.62 looks like this:

New Features

• Book details panel: Allow right clicking on a format to delete it.
• When errors occur in lots of background jobs, add an option to the error message to temporarily suppress subsequent error messages.
• E-book viewer full screen mode: Allow clicking in the left and right page margins to turn pages.
• Drivers for various Android devices
• Advanced search dialog: When starting on the title/author/etc. tab, restore the previously used search kind as well.
• When presenting the caliber must be restarted warning after installing a new plugin, add a restart now button so that the user can conveniently restart caliber

Bug Fixes

• Fix main window layout state being saved incorrectly if caliber is killed without a proper shutdown
• Fix boolean and date searching in non english caliber installs.
• Conversion: Ignore invalid chapter detection and level n ToC expressions instead of erroring out
