Cacti is a full front-end for RRDtool, an application that allows you to retrieve information from your network and connected equipment at set times. Cacti can clearly display this information in various graphs, so that you can see the performance over a certain period at a glance. It requires an environment with MySQL, PHP, RRDTool, net-snmp and a web server with PHP support. The developers released the source of Cacti . in early 2016. moved to GitHub, paving the way for version 1.0.0 which came out in January of this year. The developers released version 1.1.5 with the following changes:
