Software update: Avant Browser 2014 build 2

Avant Force has released a new version of Avant Browser. This web browser uses the webbrowser TridentInternet Explorer engine to render the web pages and adds additional functionality, including auto-filling forms and saving your profile online, so you can access your bookmarks, RSS feeds, and settings from anywhere. In addition, there is an ultimate version, in which you can also choose the geckoengine from Firefox or the WebKitengine from Google Chrome and Opera, among others. The changelog for this release can be found below.

Fixed

  • Some problems may cause webpage crash
  • Extra window pops up when clear all records
  • Internal frame larger than screen 1-2px
  • “Disable flash animation” option doesn’t work under chrome engine sometimes
  • “Save as” window doesn’t pop up when saving selected region as image in XP
  • Chrome addon warning bar disappears immediately after it is shown
  • Open local webpage cause search result open under firefox engine
