Software Update: AnyDVD 5.9.5.8

Spread the love

Two days after the release of version 5.9.5.7 of AnyDVD, Slysoft already has a successor ready for you. AnyDVD runs in the background of Windows and ensures that DVD movies are decoded automatically. All programs on the computer and the operating system itself will then see the DVD as region-free and unprotected. In this release, in addition to another new version of the ElbyCDIO access layer, we find some bug fixes. The full changelog looks like this:

Changes in 5.9.5.8:

  • Fix: Setting Autostart did not work on 64-bit OS
  • Fix: Discs could accidently be identified as Arccos protected, which made them unplayable
  • Fix: the option to “Remove CD Digital Audio Protection” did not work correctly with older CD-ROM drives
  • Updated ElbyCDIO access layer
  • Some minor fixes and improvements
