Software Update: AnyDVD 4.1.1.2

AnyDVD is able to decrypt a protected DVD so that the disc is seen as a region-free DVD. The program has recently been upgraded to version 4.1.1.2 from SlySoft. The update can be executable from this location be downloaded. Besides the usual bug fixes and improvements, Sony’s ‘ARccOS protection type 4’ is also recognized and decoded by AnyDVD. The full changelog looks like this:

New: Added support for “Sony ARccOS protection type 4” as found on “Walking Tall” (German) to the option to remove “Protection based on unreadable Sectors” Note: This new protection should be copied with CloneDVD2, other programs like DVDShrink may not behave correctly!
