Just like Red Hat who released Enterprise Linux version 8.6, the CloudLinux has also come with version 8.6 of AlmaLinux. AlmaLinux, like Rocky Linux, is one of the newcomers to fill the gap left by CentOS. Due to the large number of sponsors, AlmaLinux also seems to be here to stay. This stable release is for the x86_64, aarch64 and ppc64le architectures and is ready for production installations and to power all your computing needs and workloads. The AlmaLinux 8.6 contains web console enhancements and some brand new System Roles that make system administration simpler.
