Software Update: AkelPad 4.8.1

Version 4.8.1 of AkelPad has been released. This fast open source text editor is less than half a megabyte in size unpacked, but it still has an extensive range features. It can be used as a replacement for the Notepad or Notepad supplied with Windows, but also for programming. Through plugins add additional functionality, including syntax highlighting, autocompletion, scripts, and macros. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:

• Increased accuracy of the file opening indicator.

Added:

• Hotkey Alt+, for command 4199, hotkey Alt+. for command 4200.

Fixed:

• File opening in MBCS code page.
• Buttons that control the size of the frame didn’t work (MDI).
• Single replace with using regular expressions.
