Software update: AC3Filter 0.69b

On the SourceForge page from the AC3Filter project we read that a new version of AC3Filter has been released, 0.69b again. As we are told on the page in poor English, AC3Filter is a DirectShow AC3 Decoder that can play DVDs, among other things. In the three months since the previous release, the following improvements have been made to the program:

+ Jitter correction (more smooth playback)
+ Italian translation added
† Sometimes sound disappeared in MPC.
† ‘File’ button now works at stand-alone configuration.[break]You can get the new version here to pick up.
