Spread the love

Version 5.11.3.1 of 7+ Taskbar Tweaker has been released, a beta release. This program allows you to customize the taskbar of Windows 7 and above. For example, you can indicate which programs are or are not grouped, the order of items can be adjusted and several screens can be minimized or closed at the same time. The taskbar in Windows 11 uses completely new code and it will be take a while before there is a version that is compatible with it. However, the old Windows 10 taskbar code is still there and can be done via a tweak switched on become. The now released beta of 7+ Taskbar Tweaker has been modified to be usable in Windows 11 using that tweak.

Changes in 7+ in Taskbar Tweaker version 5.11.3:

  • Added support for Windows 11 (build 22000) with the old taskbar.
For details, see here† If there are any issues, please let me know.
  • Improved the disable_taskbar_transparency advanced option for Windows 10.
  • Improved the “Drag within/between groups using right mouse button” option by reducing the amount of animations while dragging.
