Rockstar will not release the PC version of GTA V until March 24, the company has announced. The release was originally scheduled for January 27. In addition, Rockstar has come out with the system requirements and the announcement of some new features.

Rockstar needs extra time to test the game. The game developer emphasizes again that the game runs at a resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels and 60 frames per second. It is further reported that the available resolution can be as high as 3840 by 2160 pixels. Rockstar further mentions Nvidia 3D Vision support.

It is immediately possible for PC gamers to play online heists. The game form would actually already be with the introduction of GTA Online, but the actual arrival was long in coming. The new heists will be available for consoles a few weeks prior to the PC release. The PC version of GTA V also includes the so-called Rockstar Editor, which allows players to upload gameplay footage to YouTube and its own Social Club platform.

To run the game, you need at least an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 or an AMD Phenom 9850 quad-core processor in combination with 4GB of RAM. In addition, an Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT or an AMD Radeon HD 4870 with 1GB of memory is required for the graphics. Rockstar reports that at least a 64-bit version of Windows Vista with 65GB of storage memory is required. What is also notable is that a DVD drive is requested.

Newer versions of Microsoft’s operating system are recommended by the developer. Rockstar also recommends an Intel Core i5 3470 or an AMD X8 FX-8350 processor in combination with 8GB of RAM. When it comes to graphics, Rockstar recommends a GeForce GTX 660 or an AMD HD 7870 with 2GB of memory.
