The Serious Sam Collection is likely coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The U.S. Age Rating Bureau for Games, ESRB, has rated the collection’s content and rated it 17+.

Game news website Gematsu noted the review of The Serious Sam Collection. The ESRB has published the assessment on its website with a brief description of its content. The main reasons for giving the collection an ‘M’ rating are ‘blood, drug references, extreme violence, partial nudity and foul language’.

The rating is an indication that the collection is coming to consoles, but Sony, Microsoft and publisher Devolver Digital have not yet reported anything about it. It is not clear whether it is a port of the previously released version or a remaster.

The Serious Sam Collection was first released in July 2013 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The bundle contains four games: Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter, Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter, Serious Sam 3: BFE and Serious Sam Double D XXL.

In April, Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass was announced, which will be released in the course of 2019 for Windows, MacOS, Linux, the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
