Renders have appeared online of the OnePlus 6T. The upcoming phone from OnePlus will probably be released next month and according to the images, it will have a relatively small, drop-shaped notch.

The renders, which MySmartprice published in collaboration with OnLeaks, show that there is a small notch at the top of the screen that has a water drop shape, just like the Oppo R17 and F9 smartphones. With this, the relative screen size compared to the OnePlus 6 is probably slightly higher. Another render by Roland Quandt showed earlier that the phone has a dual camera.

OnLeaks claims that the OnePLus 6T, just like the OnePlus 6, runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 and as far as memory is concerned, it comes in three variants: an option with 6GB of ram and 64GB storage, an option with 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage, or a variant with 8GB. RAM and 256GB of storage.

The manufacturer confirmed more than two weeks ago that the OnePlus 6T will have a fingerprint scanner behind the screen. Sister company Vivo was the first to sell a phone with a fingerprint scanner behind the screen. Oppo also offers the function in the R17 and R17 Pro, among others. The renders from OnLeaks show that the back, just like the front, is missing a fingerprint scanner, confirming that the new phone will get a fingerprint scanner behind the screen.

OnLeaks specializes in showing designs and drawings of unreleased smartphones with CAD files from factories. On that basis, he produces his own renders. OnePlus 6T has not yet confirmed the information; probably the phone will be presented in October.
