Rabobank customers experience disruption in internet banking

Rabobank has a major disruption in internet banking on Friday afternoon. Customers of the bank cannot log in to the app and even if they want to log in via the website, they receive an error message. confirms that the bank is dealing with a malfunction. Other than that it concerns connection problems, the bank does not report. Customers complain that they cannot log in and see the message ‘We cannot access your data’ if they want to use online banking or use the app for their banking. Rabobank reports that technical colleagues are working on a solution, but the bank cannot indicate when the malfunction is expected to be resolved. On its status page, Rabobank initially did not report a malfunction on Friday afternoon, but later in the afternoon it did.
