The ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 seems to be a successor to the ROG Zephyrus Duo 15, which ASUS first released last year. The old model has a 15.6″ screen, the name of the new model indicates that it is a 16″ variant. Like its predecessor, the Zephyrus Duo 16 will have a second screen on the bottom of the housing, which can be folded up slightly. It is not yet clear which specifications the laptop will have.

Leaker Evan Blass put the image of the laptop on his Twitter account @evleaks. It’s a low-resolution image, but Blass has been known for years for releasing official renders before the actual introduction of new products. It also shows an image of the ROG Flow Z13, a Surface-like Windows tablet that appears to be getting a connection for ASUS’ proprietary external GPU.

ASUS released the ROG Flow X13 early this year, a small convertible that can be combined with the XB Mobile graphics card, which is a modified RTX 3080 GPU in a compact housing. The ROG Flow Z13 is possibly a successor or a variant of the X13 and can probably be combined with the same or a comparable egpu. ASUS has not yet announced anything about the laptops shown. It is not yet clear whether and when the manufacturer will introduce it.
