Minisforum introduces mini PC with Meteor Lake CPU and integrated touchscreen

Minisforum shows a UH185 Ultra mini PC with a Meteor Lake processor, an integrated touchscreen and webcam. The Chinese manufacturer also shows an HX200G mini PC with Ryzen 9 7945HX CPU. The recommended prices and release dates of these systems are not yet known.

Minisforum calls the system the Mini PC UH185 Ultra in a press release, referring to the Intel Core Ultra 9 185H CPU used with 16 cores and 22 threads. The mini PC therefore has an integrated Arc GPU with 8 Xe cores. On the inside there are also two DDR5-SO-DIMM slots with support for up to 96GB of memory, in addition to two M.2 slots with PCIe 4.0 interface. Minisforum also provides the PC with two 5Gbit/s Ethernet ports and two USB 4 ports.

The other specifications of the system are not yet known. Minisforum does show images of the mini PC. It shows that the system has a stand on which the PC is mounted vertically. There is a touchscreen on the side, on which widgets can be displayed. An example from Minisforum shows the time, weather and information about the CPU, GPU, RAM and SSD. The system also includes an integrated 1080p webcam, which sits above the screen.

Minisforum HX200G with Ryzen 9 7945HX CPU and RX 7600M XT GPU

The Minisforum HX200G is in turn a mini PC with an AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX CPU. It has 16 Zen 4 cores and 32 threads. It is assisted by a separate AMD Radeon RX 7600M XT GPU, which is based on the RDNA 3 architecture and has 32 CUs.

The HX200G also has four fans, which, according to Minisforum, can simultaneously cool 85W of CPU power and 120W of GPU power at a volume of 45dB. The mini PC contains an M.2 SSD with PCIe 5.0 interface.
