Microsoft and Google have released the Android version of Minecraft for Chrome OS. Owners of the Android version can purchase the Chromebook version of the game at a reduced price. Conversely, the Android version is included with the Chromebook version.

The game is available on compatible Chromebooks. In any case, a 64-bit CPU with 4GB of RAM and ChromeOS 111 or newer is required. The Chromebook version costs €22.99 in the Play Store and the existing Android version costs €7.99. How much discount a user gets if he or she already has the Android version, mention Google and Microsoft subsidiary Mojang not.

This is the Bedrock version of Minecraft. This edition offers cross-platform multiplayer between many other versions of the game, such as those on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, Windows, iOS and Android. In addition, there is the Java Edition, which supports mods, but is only available for Windows, Linux and macOS.
