The latest version of Fortnite for mobile devices now includes support for Bluetooth controllers. Fortnite version 7.30 is available for Android and iOS on smartphones and tablets.

According to developer Epic Games, the Android version of Fortnite is compatible with most Bluetooth controllers, including at least the Steelseries Stratus XL, Gamevice, XBox1, Razer Raiju and Moto Gamepad. Users of an iPhone or iPad have less choice. They have to look for an MFi controller that has been approved by Apple. This applies, for example, to the Steelseries Nimbus and the Gamevice.

Fortnite now also supports a frame rate of 60 fps on a handful of Android devices. It concerns the Honor View 20, Huawei Mate 20 X and the American version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. An overview of all changes in Fortnite 7.30 can be found in the patch notes. Fortnite is not in the Android Play Store. The game must be installed from the Epic Games website.
