Download Firmware MSI P45 Neo3-FIR 2.1

MSI has its P45 Neo3-FIRmotherboards with a bios update with 2.1 as the version number. These motherboards are equipped with an Intel P45 chipset and have a seat available for an Intel Core 2 or Pentium 4 processor with an LGA775 butt. This BIOS update fixes a minor issue with the acpi S3 position:
