Firmware Update: LG B/C/E/G/W7 05.80.10

Earlier this month, LG released new firmware for its 2017 OLED televisions in the B7, C7, E7, G7 and W7 series. The version number is fixed at 05.80.10. You can download the update to your computer, extract it, copy it to a USB stick and then install it on the television. The list of changes in this release is as follows:

Version 05.80.10

• To improve that the subtitle is not displayed when HbbTV app in on. (except US Model)
• Change HDR luminance curve. (webOS4.0 O18 Model)

Version 05.80.04

• Improvement regarding Netflix usability have been applied.
• Addition of satellite channels and feature updates in certain countries. (Russia/CIS country)
• IPv6 connection feature on/off can be selected from Network/Wired Connection settings.
• also, minor bugs are fixed.
