Firmware Update: Intel Compute Card CD1(C/P)64GK 0041

Intel has released new firmware for its CD1C64GK and CD1P64GK Compute Cards, with 0041 as version designation. The CD1C64GK features an Intel Celeron N3450 processor with Intel HD Graphics 500, while the CD1P64GK features an Intel Celeron N4200 processor with Intel HD Graphics 505. Both have 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage, along with an Intel Wireless AC 7265 for network access. The Compute Card is a credit card-sized computer that can be connected to all kinds of devices via a modified USB-C connection. Intel focuses on applications in, among other things, interactive refrigerators, kiosk systems, security cameras and IoT gateways. For more information, please refer to this one page. New Fixes/Features:

  • Updated CPU Microcode (Security Advisory-00088)
  • Fixed issue where the USB 3.0 ports would run at USB 2.0 speeds.
  • Fixed issue where the HSIO port information showed incorrectly in the BIOS setup.
