Download Firmware Cowon iAudio S9 2.20

Cowon, the manufacturer of the iAudio media players, has unveiled a new firmware for its iAudio S9. The latest firmware, which carries the version number 2.20, is equipped with interesting new features and useful bug fixes. The new features include a notepad in which you can quickly take notes. With this new firmware it is also possible to use the widgets, which have been added since firmware version 2.10, across multiple screens. New features:

• Added Notepad. (It is difficult to write small texts because the touch screen is capacitive-type.)
• Added multiscreens in Widget.
• Added a transparent clock in Widget.

Improved features:

• Fixed the error that APE and some music files are not working properly.
• Improved playback performance of some high-resolution video files.
• Improved playback performance of some video files that has faulty frame.
