On the Asus website you can score a new firmware for the WL-500g wireless router. As the ‘g’ indicates, this router supports the 802.11g protocol and can transfer data at a maximum speed of 54Mbps. It is important that the default values ​​are loaded after flashing the firmware. This can be done by pressing the hardware reset button on the back. The changelog shows the following changes:
