Firmware Update: Abit AN8 series 19

Abit has released a new BIOS with the version number 19 that is suitable for the AN8 series motherboards. This series includes the motherboards with the type designations AN8, AN8-3rd Eye, AN8-V, AN8 Ultra, AN8 SLi, Fatal1ty AN8 and Fatal1ty AN8 SLi. The motherboards have an nVidia nForce4 chipset on board and can accommodate an AMD processor on a Socket 939. The list of changes is as follows:

Version 19:

• Enhanced compatibility with certain PCI SCSI cards.
• Add new CPU support.

Version 18:

• Enhanced some VGA card compatibility.
• Update nVIDIA RAID BIOS to V4.8
• Enhanced DRAM compatibility.
• Enhanced some sound card compatibility.
