Driver update: Wacom Bamboo 5.2.1-6

Wacom has released a new driver suitable for the Bamboo tablets and some other models, including the Graphire4, Graphire Bluetooth and Graphire3 pen tablets. The driver is just over 20MB in size and usable in Windows XP, Vista and 7, in both 32bit and 64bit versions. The driver is whql certified and is said to solve several problems, especially for the second generation Bamboo products. Below are the complete release notes for this version:

Wacom implemented the following changes and improvements:

• This driver is fully WHQL tested and Windows 7 Certified.
• This driver contains numerous bug fixes and improvements for Bamboo 2nd Generation.
• Custom touch gesture support was added for numerous applications.
• A couple of important bugs found by our users after posting an earlier release candidate were fixed in 5.2.1-6 (thanks for all the bug reports!):
  • Multiple graphics applications now work properly together again.
  • An issue with saving and restoring preferences was fixed.
