Driver update: VIA Audio 3.70a

Through the junk submit we heard the news that VIA has released new drivers for its AC97 and VT1616 codec at VIA Arena. This sound codec is incorporated in the following southbridges of VIA: VT8231, VT82C686A, VT82C686B, VT8233, VT8233A, VT8233C, VT8235 and VT8237. The changelog of version 3.70a looks like this:
