Driver update: VIA AGP 4.11 beta

Anonymous: 25643 informed us that new VIA AGP drivers have been released. The VIA AGP drivers will be part of a new release of the 4-in-1 driver set from VIA in the future. However, at the moment the drivers are still in beta stage. It is unknown what the improvements are in this beta version.
