Driver Update: TerraTec Beta 3.1.28

TerraTec has put new Beta drivers on its site. The drivers are compatible with all TerraTec TV cards and are intended for use under Windows 98 SE or Windows 2000. The following features have been added:

– Native WDM application supporting Windows 98SE and Windows 2000 – Better capturing control
– Scalable teletext
