Driver Update: ATi Linux Driver 3.9.0

ATi has released version 3.9.0 of its drivers for Linux. They add regparm support for the latest releases of RedHat, Fedora and SuSE kernels, and motherboards equipped with a VIA KT400 chipset are now correctly recognized. The driver is available for Xfree86 versions 4.10† 4.20 and 4.30† ATi has the following script made available to find out which version of Xfree86 you are running. The release notes look like this:
