Hardware identification tool CPU-Z has released for Windows with Arm64 hardware. The tool is similar to the x86 and x64 versions, but shows slightly different information about the hardware used. There is still a lack of benchmark options.

Cpuid, the creator of the tool, released version 1.01 for Windows Arm64. That version of CPU-Z works on both Windows 10 and Windows 11 and contains information about the SoC and its architecture. The software also shows the topology of cores if the chips have a hybrid architecture and does the same for the SoC caches. Furthermore, CPU-Z shows system information such as the motherboard, the BIOS or UEFI version and data about the memory.

The Arm64 tool also has some differences from the version for x86 or x64 chips. For example, the new version does not have a separate tab for GPU information. This is stated in the same information as for the CPU if the SoC used has an IGPU. Also, the Arm64 version does not have a built-in benchmark tool. It is not clear whether this will come in the future.
