Corsair introduces its A115 processor cooler. This air cooler has a dual tower design and, according to Corsair, is suitable for cooling CPUs with TDPs up to 270W. The cooler has a recommended retail price of 114.90 euros.

Corsair’s A115 cooler features two ‘towers’ with heat fins, which sit on top of a copper cold plate with six heat pipes. The processor cooler comes with two 140mm AF140 Elite fans, which run at a maximum of 1600rpm and produce volumes of 33.9dbA, according to Corsair.

The cooler’s fans are mounted with a rail system. This also allows users to adjust the height of the fans, which should make the cooler more compatible with tall memory modules, the manufacturer claims. The manufacturer supplies the A115 with pre-applied thermal paste on the cold plate.

The processor cooler is suitable for sockets LGA1700 and AM5, from Intel and AMD respectively. However, the cooler also works with older sockets LGA1200, -1150, -1551, -1155 and -1156 from Intel and AMD’s AM4 socket. Corsair’s website states that the cooler will be available from January 22.
