Bethesda releases open beta of card game The Elder Scrolls: Legends

Bethesda has released a beta version of the free-to-play card game The Elder Scrolls: Legends. Anyone can participate in the open beta test after creating an account. The game can be played in both single player and multiplayer.

The open beta is available for download via the Bethesda.net launcher, which, along with articles explaining the game, can be found on the Legends website. The card game contains a single player campaign and it is possible to compete against other players or the computer in individual matches. According to Bethesda, the game offers accessible gameplay for beginners, as well as strategic depth for experts.

The Elder Scrolls: Legends was announced at E3 in 2015. The virtual card game has been in the works since 2013 and should be released sometime this year. A release date has not yet been announced. The beta is playable on PC, eventually the game should also come to iOS.
