AliExpress will comply with European rules on warranty and returns retour

AliExpress has begun to conform to European warranty and returns rules. According to these rules, customers can now return products within two weeks of receipt. AliExpress must have put all changes live for all users by May 1. The company had to, because different rules apply in Europe than in China, but the web store now also focuses on the European market.

This concerns being allowed to return products and refunding the purchase amount. In addition, AliExpress must inform customers if additional costs are to be expected during importation and information must be provided about the seller. AliExpress will also comply with the rules about warranty and customers can file complaints in their own country.
